About Our Well Company

Rodger is a 4th generation well water specialist. His great grandfather, grandfather and father were all master plumbers. His father began in the well drilling business in 1961 with one of the first air rotary's in the area. Rodger began working for his dad in 1970 when he was 13 as a helper on a pump crew, a position he held through high school. After high school he attended college and pursued other interests, but re-entered the drilling business in the early 1980's drilling for oil & gas in Southern Kentucky. In 1984 Rodger formed a well management company and oversaw the drilling, completion, and production of wells in the Bowling Green, KY area. When the price of crude oil dropped significantly in the mid to late '80's he returned to Connecticut and went to to work for Well Tek Inc, a company owned by his father. At Well Tek he was able to put the knowledge I gained in KY to work as the well driller, hydrofrac tech, well pump installer and pump service tech. He studied for and passed the test for the CT Water Well Contractors license. He was also certified by the NGWA for rotary drilling, cable tool drilling, and domestic pumps. It's no wonder Rodger is western Connecticut's 'Low Pressure, No Water Expert' and his clients give his well company five stars!
